Agent context and durable records are scoped to a workspace. Access is checked on the server.
Work Life’s architecture reserves budget before a model call and records measured usage afterward.
The server owns durable task state and activity records. The world displays that state so you can understand what happened.
These foundations describe how Work Life approaches control and accountability. Security certifications and audit results will be shared if and when they are available.
The initial work model produces plans and structured results for review. Broader automation, integrations, and team capabilities will need their own boundaries and launch details.
The waitlist asks you to verify an email code before saving your confirmed email, area of interest and consent to launch updates. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Request records help prevent abuse. The contact form stores your inquiry for review; it does not send an automatic confirmation.
The character studio sends your photo to OpenAI only when you consent and request generation after verifying your email. The source photo is not saved in this site’s file storage. OpenAI processes it under its API data policies. Generated artwork is stored privately so you can return to it by verifying the same email address. The site records the generation status and provider usage. Resend handles verification, welcome confirmations, and emails linking to finished previews when the services are enabled. Invitation links contain no email address or verification code. Sharing a character sends the finished PNG only after you choose to share it; it does not publish your original photo. Generated artwork and your verified waitlist record remain saved until removal is requested.
