01About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Work Life website, waitlist, and 64 Bit Generator operated by Work Life Inc. (“Work Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. The services are not intended for children under 13 or anyone below a higher applicable minimum age.
02Access and the waitlist
Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Keep verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your verified email.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a purchase, subscription, ownership interest, or guarantee of access. Launch dates, invitation timing, features, and pricing are not guaranteed. We may limit access or preview availability, and some features depend on provider availability.
Any future paid service will be presented with its applicable price and terms before you choose to purchase it. These terms do not authorize charges.
03Your photos and content
You retain the rights you have in photos and other content you submit. You must have permission to upload that content and to use the likeness of any person shown. Do not upload another person’s private information or image without appropriate authorization.
You grant Work Life and the providers acting for us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, transmit, reproduce, and store your submitted content as necessary to fulfill your requests, operate the services, and protect their security. For a photo submitted to the generator, this includes using an AI provider to create your requested artwork. It does not give us permission to use your photo in public advertising.

04Generated characters and sharing
The generator creates an AI-produced character image. Results may differ from your appearance or expectations, contain inaccuracies, or resemble other outputs. A preview image is not a playable character, a rigged 3D model, or a guarantee of future platform compatibility.
As between you and Work Life, to the extent permitted by law, you own the rights we may have in the artwork generated specifically for you, and we assign those rights to you. This does not transfer ownership of Work Life branding, pre-existing materials, or third-party rights that may appear in an image. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims.
You may download and share your finished preview, subject to these terms and applicable law. Review it before sharing and be clear about its AI-generated nature when that matters to your audience. Use sharing tools only to send invitations people would reasonably welcome; do not spam, mislead, or imply endorsement by Work Life. Sharing does not grant recipients access to a restricted website.
05Acceptable use
Use the services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Upload illegal, exploitative, threatening, or infringing content, or misuse someone’s identity or likeness.
- Harass others, impersonate another person deceptively, or submit information you have no right to use.
- Bypass verification, account controls, request limits, or security measures.
- Access another user’s artwork or records without authorization.
- Introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or use automated requests to evade limits or overload it.
We may refuse a request or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms.
06Website materials and third parties
Work Life and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding, designs, software, and other materials, except for your submitted content and generated artwork as described above. You may use these materials as part of the services; no general right to redistribute our branding or website assets is granted.
The services use third-party hosting, email, and AI providers. External links and sharing tools may take you to services with separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services or content you encounter there.
07Availability and disclaimers
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including previews, with notice where required by law. Keep your own copy of artwork you wish to retain.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI outputs are creative material and should not be relied on as professional advice or factual representations.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Work Life Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the services.
These limitations do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections. Your mandatory legal rights remain in effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
09Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and give notice of material changes where required. Revisions apply prospectively. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the services and contact us about any saved information or artwork.
